We offer free delivery on orders over £75.00, up to 25Kg, within the UK. Currently we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man that might be subject to different tariffs. 

We deliver your order using DHL Parcel UK, you will receive our email notification to say that your order is on it's way as soon as your order is with DHL Parcel UK. You will also receive a text message or email from DHL Parcel UK to say when your parcel will be delivered and with a link to track your delivery. 

We cannot take responsibility for the length of delivery time once an order is dispatched with the courier company. Equally we cannot take responsibility for damaged orders, however, we will do our best to find an apropriate solution to satisfy you.

You need to sign for your delivery, This signature does not need to be the signature of the cardholder that made the payment.

If you think you might not be at the address provided to receive your order, you must let us know in advance or provide a suitable place to leave the order. Delivery to an extra address not contained within the vicinity of your own address will be liable to an extra fee.
